1. Passport
Valid for 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from Indonesia
2. Photograph
Recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) taken within the last 3 months
Applicant's full face must be clearly visible without any headgear taken against a plain white background
3. Flight Ticket
Applicant needs to provide confirmed/booked return trip flight tickets to Indonesia
We recommend to book refundable tickets just in case your visa gets rejected
