Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

If you have applied for multiple visas or multiple applicants, please clearly specify the relevant visa application. All cancellations will be confirmed offline, and refunds will be processed after applicable deductions.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation charges are applied per visa, per person basis:

• USD 10 per visa (online applications not processed)
• USD 15 per visa (offline applications)

3. No Refund Policy

• If the application has already been submitted to the embassy/immigration
• If cancellation is requested after document verification
• If the passport has already been submitted to the embassy

4. Overstay Clause (UAE & Other Countries)

Reach Travels is not responsible for any penalties or legal issues due to overstaying. All fines must be borne by the traveler.

5. Visa Rejection Clause

• No refund in case of visa rejection
• The decision lies solely with the embassy/immigration authority
• Reach Travels does not influence visa outcomes

6. Rescheduling & Additional Visits

• 1 free rescheduling allowed (if applicable)
• Additional rescheduling: USD 10 per visa
• Extra charges may apply for handling incomplete documents

7. Third-Party Appointment Policy

• Policies are governed by VFS/embassy/third-party centers
• No-show cases require rescheduling fees
• Charges vary by country and visa center

8. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours
• Credited to the original payment method
• Bank processing time may vary depending on the provider
